Context & Objectives
NYB Interiors was commissioned to reimagine the Dubai Hills headquarters for Zedor Developers, a forward-thinking real estate firm. The existing office lacked cohesion, warmth, and a clear visual identity. The brief called for a sleek, contemporary workspace that would inspire confidence in clients, reflect the brand’s professionalism, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for both visitors and staff.
Design Approach & Strategy
Our approach centered on blending modern sophistication with an inviting, human touch. Through collaborative workshops, we identified the need for warm tones, tactile textures, and spatial clarity. The design plan incorporated a seamless flow between reception, meeting zones, and executive areas, supported by integrated lighting schemes, custom joinery, and curated décor to balance aesthetics with everyday functionality.
Transformation & Craftsmanship
The final space embraces a refined palette of beige wood tones, layered with warm ambient lighting and subtle accents. Bespoke cabinetry frames display areas, while the reception’s architectural model display becomes an immediate focal point for guests. Glass partitions enhance transparency while maintaining acoustic comfort, and thoughtfully placed greenery adds life and softness to the workspace.
